Marie McMullan
Marie McMullan, a Missouri native, is a graduate of the University of Missouri School of Journalism. As a journalism student at Mizzou, Marie discovered a passion for First Amendment law. Marie received her J.D. from the University of Mississippi School of Law, where she participated on the moot court board and served as an editor for Congressional Digest. While on the moot court board, Marie earned the Best Brief Award at the ABA Forum on Communications Law Moot Court Competition and competed as a finalist arguing a First Amendment case before state and federal judges.
Outside of FIRE, Marie enjoys playing piano, listening to musical theatre cast albums, cheering on her alma maters in college sports, and cuddling with her pets.
